The artistic work that you can experience on this website is my way of constantly replenishing my reserves so that I can also live my other two heart projects with lots of strength and energy.

As a coach and mentor, I help people to find, walk and live their inherent path in life. In times of our modern way of life, which is subject to constant processes of change, it is essential to listen to one's own inner impulses. I want everyone to be able to perceive these again and thus find their own strength to shape their own life in a way that suits them and, above all, that they can be themselves completely.

Therefore, I have also founded HARMONIA VITALIS a center for mindfulness, selflove & potential developement, which is located in the countryside in the east of Germany (near Dresden). Here, I offer events on life-friendly, nourishing and energizing topics for self-care, mindfulness and personal development. I want to open up new horizons and paths - for a future worth living for all of us.

In my free time, I like to spend a lot of time with my family and to explore nature. It is an amazing source of inspiration.
